Shipping Policy

We offer shipping services to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam). Shipping to PO boxes is available for standard delivery.

Shipping Timeliness


  • Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class): Shipped within 1-2 business days after order placement, delivered within 3-5 business days (continental U.S.).
  • Expedited Shipping (FedEx 2-Day): Shipped within 1 business day after order placement, delivered within 2 business days (continental U.S. only).
  • Overnight Shipping (FedEx Overnight): Shipped within the same business day if the order is placed before 2:00 PM EST, delivered the next business day (continental U.S. only).
  • Customized Commodities: Shipped within 3-7 business days, with the same shipping timeliness as standard shipping for delivery.

Order Tracking


  • After the order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to track your package directly via the courier’s website.
  • You can also log in to the personal center on our official website and view the real-time logistics status in "My Orders".
  • If the logistics information is not updated for more than 5 business days, or shows delivered but you have not received the goods, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.

Shipping Notes


  • All shipments are subject to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations (for orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse, no additional customs fees apply).
  • Please inspect the goods on the spot when receiving them. If you find the goods damaged, stained, or with incorrect quantity, you can refuse to sign for them and contact customer service immediately.
  • During U.S. holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas), shipping timeliness may be delayed by 1-2 business days, subject to courier notifications.
