Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Conditions


Within 30 days after you receive the goods, dresses, bottoms, and straps that meet the following conditions can be returned or exchanged, in compliance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) mail-order rules:

  • Intact Commodity: Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact, no stains, damage, or odor.
  • Defective Commodity: With quality problems (e.g., fabric damage, loose seams, broken strap buckles, size inconsistency with labeling), or wrong delivery (style/color/size inconsistent with the order).
  • Customized Commodity: Can only be returned or exchanged if there are serious quality problems; no return or exchange for non-quality issues (e.g., personal dislike, wrong size selection).

Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items


  • Commodities that have been worn, washed, ironed, or with missing tags or packaging.
  • Damages caused by personal reasons (e.g., stains, tearing damage, self-modified size).
  • Intimate apparel items (e.g., bodycon dresses with built-in liners), no return or exchange without quality problems, in accordance with U.S. hygiene standards.
  • Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" on the product page), no return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Process


  1. Submit Application: Call the customer service hotline or submit a request via the website’s return portal, provide the order number, product problem description, and clear photo/video evidence. The customer service will review your application within 2 business days and issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number after approval. Returns without an RA number will be rejected.
  2. Return Goods: Send the goods together with tags and packaging to the designated U.S. return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS First-Class Mail). For defective or wrong items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label; for personal reason returns, you will bear the shipping cost.
  3. Review & Processing: After receiving the goods, we will conduct quality inspection within 3 working days.
    • Quality Problems/Wrong Delivery: After passing the inspection, we will process the return or exchange for you and refund the full amount (including original shipping fees).
    • Return/Exchange for Personal Reasons: After passing the inspection, we will process the return or exchange for you. A 8% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. Complete Return & Exchange:
    • Refund: The refund will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection.
    • Exchange: We will send the replaced goods to you via standard shipping within 2 business days after inspection, free of charge.
